I have never existed before
Senexology emerged in my times
Old and young at the same time
Playing on the beach of experience
Exercising all four compass points at once
Personal. Physical. Professional. Philosophical.
With experience of tens of years you learn
That the orchestra conductor of metacognition

Extend or augment existing senses
Intellectual eroticism and hedonism
Are re-invented, re-purposed, re-lived
But hugs still matter not just e-hugs
